Webinar Description
Overview
HR work is full of tasks that look small individually but consume an enormous amount of time in aggregate — writing job descriptions, screening resumes, drafting policies, responding to employee questions, summarizing engagement survey results, and preparing reports for leadership. Generative AI tools can handle a large share of that work, and the HR teams that learn to use them well are reclaiming hours every week.
This session is built for HR professionals who want practical, immediately usable techniques rather than an abstract overview of AI. We will walk through the most common HR tasks where AI delivers clear gains — recruiting, employee communications, policy work, learning and development, and people analytics — with real examples and prompts you can take back to your desk.
We will also address the parts of HR work where AI requires extra caution: anything involving personally identifiable information, performance decisions, protected characteristics, or legally sensitive content. You will leave with a clearer view of where to lean into AI, where to slow down, and how to keep your organization on the right side of emerging regulations.
Why You Should Attend
HR teams are under more pressure than ever — more open roles to fill, more employee questions, more reporting demanded by leadership, and increasingly complex compliance obligations. AI is one of the few tools that can meaningfully expand HR's capacity without expanding headcount.
This session focuses on the specific HR workflows where the gains are largest and the risks are manageable. You will learn how to draft job descriptions and interview questions faster, summarize candidate materials responsibly, write clearer employee communications, and turn engagement survey comments into something a leader can act on. You will also see how to use AI to make sense of HR data without needing to be a data analyst.
Whether you work in a small HR department or a large People team, you will walk away with techniques you can apply immediately.
