Webinar Description
Overview
Excel is still the workhorse of business analysis — and it is also where most professionals lose the most time. Hunting for the right formula, cleaning up messy data, troubleshooting a broken VLOOKUP, or building a PivotTable from scratch can each eat up an entire afternoon. Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, can take a large share of that work off your plate.
This session walks through practical, hands-on ways to use Claude as a partner to Excel. You will learn how to describe what you want in plain English and get back working formulas, how to debug errors quickly, and how to use Claude to clean and reshape data so it is ready for analysis. We will also cover how Claude can help you write VBA, explain inherited spreadsheets, and translate between Excel and other tools.
You do not need to be a power user to benefit. The goal is to show you how to use Claude to make whatever level of Excel you already do today significantly faster and less frustrating — and to give you confidence to tackle the spreadsheet tasks you usually avoid.
Why You Should Attend
Almost every business professional uses Excel, and almost every business professional has wasted hours on it. Claude changes the math on that. With the right approach, the tasks that used to slow you down — nested IF statements, lookup errors, pivot configuration, data cleanup — turn into quick conversations.
This webinar is built around the everyday Excel pain points that show up in real jobs. You will leave with prompts you can paste straight into Claude, patterns for explaining your data clearly, and a workflow for moving between Excel and Claude without breaking your flow. You will also learn what kinds of data are safe to share and how to validate Claude's output before you trust it.
