Webinar Description

Overview

Most professionals spend a large part of their workday inside Microsoft 365 — drafting emails in Outlook, building reports in Word, putting together decks in PowerPoint, and crunching numbers in Excel. Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, can dramatically speed up nearly every one of those tasks, even without a Copilot license.

This session shows you how to pair Claude with the Microsoft 365 apps you already use every day. You will learn how to hand off routine writing, summarization, formatting, and analysis work to Claude, and how to get back polished, ready-to-use output that drops cleanly into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

We will work through realistic examples: turning a messy email thread into a clear status update, converting raw meeting notes into a structured one-pager, drafting a slide outline from a Word document, and using Claude to write and explain Excel formulas. You will also see how to set up reusable prompts so the same kinds of tasks get faster every time you do them.

By the end of the hour, you will have a practical toolkit for using Claude alongside Microsoft 365 — no coding, no plugins, and no IT approval required to get started.

Why You Should Attend

If you live inside Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, even small efficiency gains add up to hours of time back every week. This session is designed to give you those gains immediately.

You will leave with specific prompts, workflows, and examples that you can apply the next morning at your desk. Rather than abstract talk about AI, the focus is on the everyday tasks that fill your calendar: writing, summarizing, formatting, reformatting, and explaining. You will also learn how to use Claude responsibly with company information, what to keep out of prompts, and how to evaluate output before you send it.

Whether your organization has formally rolled out AI or you are exploring it on your own, this session will help you get real value from Claude without disrupting the tools and habits you already rely on.
